This project gives an opportunity to make a loan with an annual rate of 12% and LTV of 50% and a loan term of 36 months. The Loan is repaid in several payments according to a schedule agreed with the Borrower. Interest payments on the use of the Loan shall be made monthly in accordance with the Schedule.

The borrower is a farming company engaged in cattle farming owning 102 livestock animals. Financial results in 2022 were: declared income € 66 898, profit € 33 894.

The collateral consists of a land plot with a total area of 18 ha, consisting of agricultural land located in Teteri, Rožkalnu pag., Preiļu nov., Latvia, cadastre number 76640060071.
